"They offer the most populist of approaches, but those are little more than sweeteners and baits for them to take over the reins of power they have long craved for.
They will stop at nothing to lure support," said Khairy during a policy speech at the youth wing's general assembly at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) today.
Taking the name from a Tan Sri P. Ramlee's film entitled 6 Jahanam tells, he said the society today is not spared from having to a face a modern version of the 6 Jahanam in the form of repulsive politics deployed by the opposition.
"This is shown in their six-pronged strategy to bring down the country," he said.
Khairy said the one of the six objectives of the group is to destroy the democratic system, where the opposition often quote social movements in the Middle East to instigate people to take part in street revolutions and in the process manufacture a Malaysian version of the "Arab Spring".
He said despite the opposition's call for a free and fair election, nevertheless it was never their goal.
In fact, Khairy said the opposition's goal is just to manufacture panic and disorder in this country.
The second one that Khairy revealed was that the group aims to destroy the system of administration, where according to him, should the opposition takes over, administrative system will be left in disarray, in tatters without direction.
"Imagine what will happen to the administration of law in this country under Pakatan rule... PAS wants to implement Hudud, but DAP says Hudud "over my dead body"... Will there be different sets of laws for different states?
"Will the very definition of criminality change as one crosses state lines? Thievery in Kelantan – amputation of the hand. In KL – jail. In Penang, we'll wait for what Caliph Lim Guan Eng has to say," said Khairy.
The third one mentioned was that the group aims to destroy national dignity, where he said Pakatan's rule will only result in the country's dignity and image being the third victim of the opposition's rapacity.
The fourth, fifth and sixth that was mentioned by Khairy was that the group aims to destroy the country's history, to destroy ethnic identity and to destroy the country's economic prosperity.
"Our most bitter enemies are hailed as heroes, while those who died in the defense of our country are insulted," he said referring to the 'infamous' statement once made by PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu about Mat Indera being a hero.
In the mean time, Kahiry urged Umno youth delegates to avoid being careless, negligent or lax and must not be content to live in past glories.
"The challenges we will face in GE-13 will be the toughest in the history of general elections.
"Now is the time for UMNO Youth to rise up and help define the new chapter of this noble cause," he added.
